Thank you for shopping at CPAP Store Los Angeles. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance. Due to the medical nature of our products, strict federal and California health regulations apply to returns and exchanges.

Final Sale – Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 820), CDC infection control protocols, and California health codes, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange once shipped:

  • CPAP and BiPAP machines
  • Oxygen concentrators
  • Masks, cushions, nasal pillows, and headgear
  • Tubing, filters, humidifiers, and accessories
  • Any opened, unsealed, or used product

This policy exists to protect your health and to comply with state and federal medical safety guidelines.

Unopened Product Returns

We may accept returns for completely unopened, unused, and factory-sealed items within 7 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without prior approval will be refused.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturer defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Note: All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. CPAP Store Los Angeles does not issue refunds for warranty-submitted products.

Return Shipping Instructions

If your return is approved, ship the item to the address provided with your RMA. The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package.

Additional Terms & Conditions

  • All sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error
  • Returns may be subject to a 35% restocking fee + shipping
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded

However, due to the nature of medical device sales, the right to return does not apply to used, opened, or hygienically sensitive items.
